The ceramic mugs are printed at the time of your order. Please allow 1 to 2 weeks for processing and then an additional 1 to 2 weeks for shipping.

These mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe and the print will not fade no matter how often it is washed.

If your mug should arrive broken, you received a different mug than what was ordered or there is problem with the printing, please provide a picture of the problem and I will get a replacement to you immediately.
